Johor town BH farmers are in deep shit now!!!
Someone has drafted another proposals to wipe out the town BHs in Johor.
These proposals are drafted by people with very big hidden agenda, without the involvement of the Johor BN association, instead, only involved the Eco Park Developers.
As we know, Johor is one of the states that has the most Eco Parks developed.
Recently, we have
Jointly developed by :
i) SSB Development Bhd (subsidiary of Swiftlet Sanctury Berhad) from JB.
ii) Julung Cipta Sdn Bhd (State Govt subsidiary)
iii) YWJ Citra (State Govt GLC)
Supported by UTM & Jabatan Pertanian Johor and Consultant : ShuangYan.
Proposed to construct 50 units of 3 storey terrace BH size 22'x 80'. Phase 1 launching 10 units. Selling price RM580k per unit.
2)
Developed by :
Swiftlet Property Management Sdn Bhd. from Mersing.
Proposed to construct 28 units of 4 storeys terrace BHs, size 24' x 80', Selling price per unit = RM 750k onwards.
3)
Developed by :
Yenzheka Bird Nest Design Specialist (1st BN house contractor ISO 9001 compliance)
Proposed to construct 65 units of BHs. Selling price per unit = RM 570 k.
Launching date : 18/1/09. Expected to complete within 2 years.
If the proposal materialises, it will affect thousands of town BHs in the cities especially JB, BP, Muar, Segamat... and also those towns like Simpang Renggam, Tangkak, Mersing and so on...

Yes, please! move away all the BHs that cause noise pollution.
ReplyDeleteFor someone who know nothing or so little about swiftlets and the industry shouldn't be critising and passing comments. Meet up with me or anyone with experiance in the field and in no time, you will love the swiftlets like I do. Really, I am not taking because I am in the industry.
ReplyDeleteSound polution is cause by a few selfish men and those selfish and greedy men's BH who have not consideration for others and they should be fine 1k for the 1st offence, 10K for the 2nd. offence and 100k for the 3rd. offence during a year. Hit them hard where it hurt them the most and that's their pocket....we, the rest here also hate them like you do.......remember I also have a family and my house is facing back to back to a inresponsible BH which I did complaint so many times and I am waiting for the authorities to take action on him.
How much the average price of 3 storey shop in Johor?
ReplyDeleteLooking at the skyrocketing price with downstair zero rental value, guess mainly Sporean breeders with couple of local sui-yu they are targetting.
With the amount of money better buy farmland, can tanam jagung at backyard too. Or at least got jagung/banana to makan while waiting for birds to come come.

Zero rental? U r wrong, BH normally is a focal point that attracts good feng-shui, ground floor rental should be around RM 450/month.
So are u saying ecopark ground floor can rent for $450/mth similar to small towns?

Understand 3 sty in Parit Buntar already $400+. $300k probably get u a 2 sty old shop lot.
