BH Checklists

For a standalone BH construction, the bulk of the work goes to piling, foundation, concreting, brick-laying or block-laying and plastering. We are paying quite a lot for these trades and we cannot afford to have shoddy workmanship that may shorten the life span of the building and also increase the maintenance & operation cost in future.

Therefore, it is of paramount importance that we should ensure all these works carried out in proper engineering manner & organized way, so that it’s worth every single cent we have dumped into the BH.

In order to ensure that good workmanship is achieved and the final product’s quality is up to our satisfaction, inspection checklists should be in place and used day in day out during the course of construction.
